Territorial Models for the Valorization of Terroir Products: A Systematic Review of Resilience, Governance Dynamics and Innovation Pathways.

Abstract

In response to worldwide constraints, the environmentally and economically sustainable enhancement of geographically rooted products demands a holistic comprehension of territorial development frameworks, which this systematic review was performed following the PRISMA methodology on Scopus and Web of Science offers. The assessments of 25 articles demonstrate an expanding corpus of research from 2021 onward, integrating quantitative methods examining the effect of Geographical designations with conceptual frameworks focused on innovation processes and coordinated action. The outcomes confirm that the dynamic resilience of these territorial systems stems from participatory governance that guides developmental pathways in accordance with place-based attributes, emphasizing the requirement for more systemic future investigations on these mutually dependent processes.
